Charlotte L. Gertcher

Charlotte L. Gertcher, age 98, passed away Tuesday April 20, 2010 at the Gladwin Pines Nursing Home. Charlotte had lived in St. Helen since 2007 previously of Lapeer and Columbiaville, MI. She attended Lake St. Helen Baptist Church in St. Helen; she enjoyed playing BINGO, Bowling, and the lottery. Charlotte is survived by her 3 sons Sam (Barbara) Gertcher of St. Helen; Tom (Pauline) Gertcher of St. Helen, Robert (Diane) Gertcher of Houghton; and her 2 daughters Sharon (Bob) Boura of Wyandotte, and Carol (George) Brennan of Lapeer. 31 Grandchildren, 53 Great Grandchildren, 6+ Great Great Grandchildren and a niece Phyllis (Bob) Woods of Royal Oak. She is preceded in death by her husband Joe Gertcher, son Clifford Gertcher, and 2 daughters JoAnn VanEttan and Delores Martin. A cremation has taken place, and a service will be held at a later date at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, MI.
