Charlene A. Trout died suddenly on Saturday, April 7, 2007 at her home at the age of 57. She was born September 29, 1949 in West Branch to Donald and Ivadean (Miller) Brindley. Charlene was married to James R. Trout in West Branch. Charlene worked as a school bus driver for the Midland Area Schools and for the West Branch and Rose City Area Schools for many years. She also managed Trout Rustproofing and Auto Assessory for 14 years. Charlene was an avid cook and was always helping people in need. Charlene is survived by her husband, James R.; sons Timothy J. of Florida and Raymond L. of West Branch. Four grandchildren also survive. She leaves behind a brother, James Brindley of Lupton, a sister, Pattie Brindley of Atlanta, Georgia and 4 sisters-in-law. She is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. from the funeral home. Fr. Miro Wiese will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Branch. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Helping Hands. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
