Carroll G. Mullen

Carroll G. Mullen, age 86 of West Branch, passed away Friday, September 13, 2013 at Bortz Health Care of West Branch. Carroll was born December 2, 1926 in Detroit to Leo Johnson and Valentine Gontero. She lived in West Branch for most of her life. Carroll enjoyed sewing and her greatest pleasure came from time with her grandchildren. Carroll is survived by her daughter, Theresa (James) Pullen of West Bloomfield, MI, and sons: James (Debbie) Mullen of Kansas, Robert Mullen of Detroit, and Thomas Mullen of West Branch. She is also survived by five Grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Victor Mullen and sister, Clara Johnson Addy. Cremation has taken place and private services have been held. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Association.
