Carol Lynn Beehler, age 78 of Rose City, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2016 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City.
Carol was born August 23, 1937 in Elsie, MI to Charles and Doris Hyde. Carol and her husband Forrest “Fuzzy” Beehler owned and operated the Iron Horse Ranch Motorcycle Shop in Rose City from 1965 until Forrest’s passing in 1992. Carol continued to run their business for several more years.
Carol is loved and survived by her children, Charles (DeAnna) Beehler of Rose City, Kathy (Mark) Dombrowski of Lupton, Tim (Annette) Beehler of Rose City, Heather (Carl) Reetz of Otisville, Tom Beehler and Pam Callahan of Rose City, and stepson, Robert (Pam) Cottom of Lansing. “Grammy B” was blessed with eight grandchildren, Shayne (Kayla) Beehler, Lacy (Rob) Rau, Matthew, Kimberly, Katie (Jason), Blake, Charlie and Sara, and six great-grandchildren, Emma, Hannah, Colin, Taylor, Parker, and Landon. Also surviving is her sister, Kathryn Wiltse and brother, Robert Hyde.
Carol is preceded in death by her husband, Forrest, parents, Charles and Doris Hyde, brother, Edward Hyde, brother-in-law, Rex Wiltse, and sister-in-law, Nancy Hyde.
In accordance with Carol’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. A private memorial will be held in her honor to celebrate the life of Fuzzy and Carol.
