Beverly Ann Rohl

Beverly Ann Rohl, age 78, of Rose City, MI passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Horizon Senior Living in St. Helen, Mi. She was born on August 7, 1945, in Highland Park, MI to Edward and Carolyn (Wickham) Krause. She lived in Ogemaw County for many years, formerly of South Lyon, MI.

Beverly was a giving person who delighted in spreading holiday cheer by giving candy and presents to businesses in Rose City during Christmas.

Beverly had a fulfilling career, working at Bortz Healthcare and McDonald's in Rose City. She was also an active member of the Red Hats Society and the VFW Auxiliary. Additionally. Beverly dedicated her time as a volunteer at Hospice in West Branch.

In her free time, Beverly enjoyed various hobbies including crafting, sewing, and making clothes for dolls, which she would enter into local fairs. She had a passion for traveling and cherished her trips. Beverly also had a love for coffee, savoring every sip.

Beverly is survived by her cousins, David (Diane) Krause and Carol Pontius, her nephew, Scott Washburn, and her great nephews, Jamison and Christopher Davis, as well as her great niece, Chelsea Davis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Carolyn (Wickham) Krause, her husband Bob in 2019, and her siblings, Debby, Bonney, Larry, and Johny.

Visitation will be held at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City, MI on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Ogemaw Commission on Aging.
