Beatrice Louise Owen

Beatrice L. Owen, age 84 passed away at her home on Friday, September 28, 2012. Beatrice had lived in West Branch since 1989, formerly of Flint. She was a member of LOSRA (Lake Ogemaw Summer Resort Association) and she enjoyed doing crafts, shopping and she loved Disney World. Beatrice is survived by her husband Howard Owen of West Branch, children David (Sandra) Owen of Roscommon, Laura Charles of West Branch, Rick (Carole) Owen of Bedford, WY and April (Ray) Jackson of Grand Blanc, her grandchildren Darcy Ralston, David R. Owen, Greg McArdle, Nichol Goodfellow and Ethan Goodfellow and her great-grandchildren Ciera Owen, Brady McArdle, Paige McArdle and Gabriel Ralston. Also surviving is her brother Kenneth (Jackie) Shaver and her sister Peggy (Jim) Bateman. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother John Shaver. A Memorial Service will be held on November 13, 2012 at 2:00PM at the Lake Ogemaw Summer Resort 2916 Rifle River Trail, West Branch, MI 48661.
