Beatrice Jane Griffith

Beatrice Jane Griffith, age 82, passed away on December 7, 2020. She was born on April 7, 1938 in Rose City to Charles and Beatrice (Tesch) Card. Jane grew up in Rose City, moved to Mt. Clemens and then moved back to Rose City to enjoy her retirement. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and Women’s group and the City Council. Jane enjoyed punch embroidery, knitting, crocheting and volunteering at the Ogemaw County Fair Antique Village.

Jane is survived by her siblings, Evelyn (Fred) Delaney of Rose City, Bill (Connie) Card of FL, Linda Wend of Rose City, Michael (Norma) Card of AuGres, Donald (Gail) Card of Rose City and Connie Clark of Rose City; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Norman, baby siblings, Russell, Charles and Nancy Card, brothers-in-law, Ted Wend and Jim Clark, and nephew, Matthew Card.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later time.
