Arnold J. Quigley, age 90, of West Branch, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2007 surrounded by his children at Bortz Health Care in Rose City. He had lived in Ogemaw County for most of his life. Arnold was a member of the Community of Christ Church and a past member of the Lions and Moose Clubs. He enjoyed fishing, reading, hunting, working in his yard and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife Dorothy of Grand Blanc, children; Les and Rose Quigley, Ron and Gail Quigley, Terry and Cheryl Quigley and Mary and Frank Fox all of West Branch, Mike and Patti Quigley of Lupton, 6 step children; Duane and Jan Wiltse of Bozeman, MT, Joyce Kovacs of Mt. View, CA, Larry and Kathy Wiltse of Burton, Jean and Pat Craton of Grand Bland, Phyllis (Dennis Crane) Jones of Columbiaville, and Harold and Mary Wiltse of Warnenton, VA, 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, 22 step-grandchildren, 36 step-great grandchildren, 3 step great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife Wilma in 1996, 3 sisters; Elsie, Esther and Ellen and 2 brothers, Ernest and Harold. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Saturday, May 19, 2007 from 2-9 p.m. Visitation on Sunday will begin at 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. High Priest Richard Hamilton will officiate with burial following at Selkirk Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Churchill United Methodist Church, 501 E. State Road, West Branch, Michigan 48661.
