Ardeth M. Hanes

Ardeth M. Hanes, age 90 of Alger, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Bortz Health Care in West Branch. Ardeth had lived in Alger for most of her life. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Ardeth is survived by her son Kevin (Laurilee) Hanes and her grandson, Jesse Hanes all of Alger. She was preceded in death by her husband John F. Hanes in 2001. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Thursday, January 21, 2009 from 4-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Pastor Lisa Cook will officiate with burial following at Edwards Township Cemetery.
