Anita Marie Zettel

Anita Marie Zettel, age 76, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 13, 2020 in West Branch. She was born on March 22, 1943 in Fenton, MI to Warren and Ruth (Sheldon) Drake. She lived in West Branch for most of her life. Anita married Jerome Zettel in West Branch on January 26, 1962. She enjoyed reading, spending time outdoors, pets, visiting family and friends, and going to her cabin in Canada.

Anita is survived by her loving husband, Jerome Zettel of West Branch; sons, Gerald Zettel of Warren and Christopher (Ann) Zettel of West Branch; grandchildren, Jordan Zettel of Midland, Erica Rowe of Cass City and Amber Urban of Muncie, IN; great granddaughter, Makayla Zettel of Midland; sister, Arlene (Gary) Jones of Skandia, MI; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place.

Her church was Nature, her candles were the stars - For your remembrance of Anita, you may wish to plant a flower or tree in your garden, hug your pet, or visit a friend.
