Alberta Carol Zimmer

Alberta Carol Zimmer age 73 passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at her home in St. Helen. Alberta has been a resident of St. Helen since 1998 previously of West Branch. Alberta loved nothing more than taking care of her family. Her life was dedicated to them, and loved each and every one of them. Alberta is survived by her children Carol (Robert Holiday) Babcock of Prescott, Caren (John) Dowd of West Branch, Charles ( Lisa Glander) Zimmer of St. Helen, Charon Poling of York, S.C., and Cynthia Davis of St. Helen. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, siblings Georgana (Jerry) Cooksey, Rose (Melvin) Petty, Mark Wersel and brother-in-law Edward Willett. She is preceded in death by her husband Harry C. Zimmer in 2002, parents Albert and Clara ( Hemstreet) Wersel, and her 2 sisters Shirley, and Judy. Alberta’s wishes were to be cremated; no services are scheduled at this time.
