Mrs. Bohlinger passed away at Bortz Health Care in West Branch. She had been a resident of West Branch for the past 68 years, formerly of Alma. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the CCW. She and her husband Russell were former owners of Bohlingers Orchards. She was an avid bridge player and gardener. Mrs. Bohlinger is survived by her children--Sharon Neubecker of West Branch, Jacquelyn (Richard) Bashaw of AuGres, Mary Sue (Wayne) Jackson of Saginaw, Jane (George) Miller of Marquette, Michael Bohlinger of Kalkaska and Charles "Skip" (Joan) Bohlinger of Mio, 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and a sister Mary Brewer of Alma. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell in 1986, her brothers--Tad, William and Richard Gorman and sisters--Irene Ammond and Maude Gorman. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Thursday December 18, 2003 from 6-9 P.M. and Friday from 12-9 P.M. A Ladies Rosary will be recited Friday at 2:00 P.M. and a Scripture Service will be held at 7:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday December 20, 2003, 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch. Fr. Robert Bissot will officate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
