Randall William Eckert

Randall William Eckert, age 67, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at his home in West Branch. He was born on March 31, 1953 in Flint, MI to William and Donna (Sischo) Eckert. Randall lived in West Branch most of his life and married Ruth Eckert in Mio on March 31, 1995. Randall enjoyed weekends at the cabin with family having bon fires, cutting wood and fishing.

Randall is survived by his children, Tonya (John) Zaneske of OH, Tina Eckert of Caro, MI, Kathy Lang of Cheboygan, George (LeaJo) Lang of Harrison, and Elizabeth Reupena of Boise, ID; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; sister, Donna Ross; brother, Bill (Paula) Eckert; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Ruth “Toots”, sons Randall “Chico” Eckert II and Thomas Lang, brother Mike Eckert, brother in law William Ross and daughter in law Rachael Adle.

Cremation has taken place and no service is scheduled at this time.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
