Herbert H. Adams

Herbert H. Adams, age 88, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 at his home in St. Helen, MI. He had lived in St. Helen since 1996, formerly of Davison, MI. Herbert was born on November 7, 1928 to John and Laura (Charbonneau) Adams in Flint, MI. He was a United States Veteran serving in the Army and Airforce from 1946 to 1952. Herbert married Mary Lillibridge in Davison on January 1, 1954. He was a life member of the VFW Post #4087 in Davison and enjoyed golfing.

Herbert is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Mary Adams of St. Helen, MI; children, Joy Adams of Harrison Twp., MI, David (Laura) Adams of St. Helen, MI, Brian (Beth) Adams of St. Helen, MI and Linda (David) Benoist of GA; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; and brother, Garnet (Carolyn) Adams of Lincoln, CA.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen, MI will be on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will then follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Meadowview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Davison, MI.
